Premier firm is in need of experienced Complex Litigation Paralegal:
Responsible for drafting correspondence and discovery; e-filing; digesting depositions; performing paper and electronic discovery; cite-checking; maintaining case calendars and files; and familiarity with motions and pleadings. Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures is essential. Proficiency in Summation Pro and/or Concordance is preferred. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 4
years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department. A Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, disciplined, and who possesses excellent organizational skills
