The Technical Lead PeopleSoft Financials will be key member of Enterprise Finance System (EFS) team. The EFS team supports enterprise critical financial applications to XL finance business users across the globe.
As the Technical Lead PeopleSoft Financials, you will play a critical role by bringing strong techno-functional leadership in providing support and innovative solutions to finance business processes. You will work with vendor teams in an onsite-offshore model for production support and delivery of bug fixes, enhancements, projects related to finance processes. This includes designing, developing, reviewing and monitoring the techno-functional solutions, and you will ensure audit guidelines are followed in delivering support to business processes. You will be exposed to exciting opportunities to work directly with business users and to architect enterprise wide solutions to support and enhance finance business processes. You will be leading developers from the vendor team and mentoring junior team members and be given an opportunity to lead enterprise application integration projects. As an EFS team member, you will be exposed not only to PeopleSoft finance buts also to other Oracle technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering PeopleSoft finance technical solutions to PeopleSoft finance production support and development efforts.
Providing technical leadership for PeopleSoft finance development and production support efforts.
Collaborating with finance and segment IT teams across the globe to resolve PeopleSoft technical questions/challenges.
Working with teams in onsite-offshore model to support PeopleSoft Finance processing.
Delivering data and application integration solutions using PeopleSoft Integration Broker, encryption and integration technologies.
Identifying and prioritizing system enhancements and develop specifications for Oracle/PeopleSoft Applications that meet business requirements.
Working with Infrastructure teams in development and production support of PeopleSoft Finance integration points.
Continuously monitoring for new developments in Oracle/PeopleSoft technology, identify, propose and apply new technology for enhanced services to improve Oracle/PeopleSoft applications.
In this role, you will report to the I.T. Manager - PeopleSoft Financials.
Were looking for someone who has these values, abilities, and skills:
Overall 8
years of experience in application design, development, implementation and support is required.
Minimum of 6
years and current hands-on implementation and support experience with PeopleSoft Financial, GL, AP, T&E, AM, ePro is required.
Minimum 6
years of progressive experience with PeopleSoft Technologies (PeopleTools) is required.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials 8.9/9.1 or 9.2 is required.
Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft GL and AP is required.
Strong SQL, Application/Data Integration experience using integration broker, SFTP is required; knowledge of Autosys, XML, Encryption methods is big plus.
Full SDLC implementation experience is required.
Prior experience of leading the projects is required.
Strong Oracle Database Application design, strong SQL, performance tuning, and Oracle DBA background preferred.
Functional Knowledge of nVision, T&E, ePro, AM is preferred.
PeopleSoft EPM, DataStage or ETL/Informatica knowledge is preferred.
BS or MS in Computer Science.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
