We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Project Manager with 7
years of experience in doing program/project management in Capital markets domain.
Role Responsibilities
Will be accountable for End-to-End delivery of projects on-time, within-budget and within defined
scope
Will be required to maintain clean audit trail of project progress repository of individual project phase
documents
Will be responsible for managing relationship with key project stakeholders
Manage / Lead the project teams and utilize the assigned resources in an efficient way
Staff the projects in conjunction with the functional leads and other partners
Track progress against established project plan, regular status reporting and escalating as
appropriate
Early planning of overall project demand side for yearly budget cycle together with functional leads
Requirements
Strong Experience working with any one of the major asset classes i.e. Equities, FI, OTC Derivatives,
Currencies etc.
Experience working in the trade processing lifecycle from Order routing, capture, confirmation, clearing & Settlement for an investment Bank, broker/ dealer
Experience in working with a North American based Capital markets firm
Experience in Implementation of End to End Software Development Project Life cycle
Should have Managed Work Stream demand with Program Sponsor and Executive Directors
Good Project Management Skills
Agile methodology (necessarily in IT & Business environment)
Stakeholder Management across Business Units is a must
Preferences
ITIL awareness will be a plus
MS Project is not necessary anyhow a working knowledge will help
