IS Procure to -Pay (P2P) Solutions Analyst

We are currently seeking an
IS Procure-to -Pay (P2P) Solutions Analyst
to be located in our Stamford, CT Headquarters and will report to the P2P Team Lead as well as supports the Business Solutions Manager- P2P/MH/Co-Mfg
.
This position will work closely with NWNA Purchasing and accounts payable end-users, P2P subject matter experts, and internal/external IS partners to develop new solutions as well as support enhancements/changes to the current environment. In addition, this position owns and supports procurement end-to-end processes and solutions including day to day issue resolution.
Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Act as liaison to purchasing / AP end users and Internal IS partners
Gather, understand and articulate business requirements in accounts payables, materials/services procurement and ability to translate them into IS solutions
Support day to day activities including ticket resolution and answering queries related to P2P and AP processes and systems
Accountable for analysis, design and creating detailed functional specifications in Procure to pay and AP
Develop & maintain project plans for all aspects of the project, setting realistic schedules, timelines, & milestones
Engage, motivate and facilitate IS/IT & business partners to achieve project deliverables
Proactively identifies issues and barriers in projects and seeks mitigating actions while keeping all the concerned parties alerted
Ensure applications are developed in compliance with Nestle standards & methodologies
Create and execute test scripts and support testing
Create end-user documentation and training materials
Perform basic system configuration and installations for AP and P2P
Key qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor Degree required and 3-5 years of applicable experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation/facilitation skills
Good interpersonal skills and able to work in cross-functional teams
Self-starter and able to work independently
Flexible and ability to work in an ambiguous and changing environment.
Strong work ethic, results driven, organized and structured
Strong problem solving / analytical skills
Able to articulate technical concepts into business terms
Ability to be a positive change agent
Ability to lead and execute simple projects / processes
Good understanding of the business processes and requirements in Procure to Pay including integration with other processes and functions
Strong SAP skills with a minimum of 5 years of practical knowledge in the area of purchasing and payables
Prior experience in end-to-end process ownership as well as designing new processes and systems solutions
Understands and has experience with all master data objects involved in Procure-to-pay

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
