Description:
This coordinator role will be responsible supporting the North America Brand Management team in the areas of project management, data maintenance, event execution, internal communication process, and partnership activation.
Key Accountabilities/Primary
Responsibilities:
1. Data research and analysis of existing marketing plans, including revenue, engagement and social/PR impressions to analyze success rates against goals
2. Auditing user flows for marketing plans, from awareness to post-stay
3. Managing hotel participation in brand offers and inclusion into brand marketing
4. Assisting with creative briefings, updates and recommendations for internal and external marketing placements
5. Creating and maintaining usage charts and managing creative rotations with external publishers
6. Assist in creating campaign recap decks, including sourcing and organizing data
7. Manage internal communication channels, including weekly eblasts, intranet and assistance with presentations
8. Event execution assistance, including logistical coordination
9. Managing amenities/giveaways/collateral sourcing, distribution and inventory management
10. On-site assistance at events as needed
11. Ideate and execute on partnership activations, including promotions and in-room placements
12. Assistance with execution of on-property activations
Key Relationships:
1. Work closely with NAD Brand Team on overall project management and implementation, and escalate issues as required
2. Coordinate with creative agencies and publisher partners to on creative scheduling and releases
3. Coordinate with Media agencies on ad placements
4. Coordinate with media agencies on ad placements
5. Coordinate with on-property teams on event management and execution
Knowledge/Qualifications/Skills/
Experience:
Essential - 4-year degree required, marketing degree preferred, brand management experience a plus
Essential - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, including complex scheduling and management of budgets/invoices
Essential o Ability to project manage multiple tasks at once, including strong trafficking skills
Essential o Experience in organizing/executing events or productions
Essential o Strong interpersonal skills/able to manage diverse opinions
Essential o Ability to work on a diverse team, keep all parties up to speed on project statusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
