As we continue to build our in house staffing team, we are seeking a National Recruiter for our Corporate and Retail business located in our corporate office in Stamford, CT.

Position overview and
Responsibilities:
This position will manage all stages of the selection process for exempt and non-exempt level professional leadership positions for our Corporate and Retail organization.

This includes creative internet sourcing, mining, maintaining the online applicant tracking system (ATS), screening applications, conducting phone-based interviews, coordinating on-site interviews, consolidating feedback throughout all steps of the process, facilitating consensus meetings to help the hiring teams reach a hiring decision, negotiating offers, coordinating post-offer activities, and ensuring new hires are fully prepared for their start date.

This role is also responsible for maintaining the integrity and compliance of the selection process, upholding hiring standards, tracking key process measures, maintaining effective communications with leadership, facilitating a positive candidate experience, and developing a network of industry talent and contacts for future searches.

Key qualifications include:

oBachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or relevant field
o5
years high volume sourcing/recruiting/hiring experience with specialty in executive and/or leadership/exempt level hiring, preferably for CPG industry
o5
years experience with e-Recruiting Technology. Taleo (ATS) knowledge preferred.
o5
years experience successfully managing multiple requisitions (20+) across a variety of client organizations and geographies.
oDemonstrated strength and prior experience with behavior based interviewing
oAbility to build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies and use the best sourcing strategies for each job category
oAbility to build relationships at all levels internally and externally with vendors and candidates
oAbility to attract and find the right candidates for each job, using various sourcing techniques effectively including social media and other creative media channels
oKnowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources
oStrong process-orientation, organization and follow-up skills
oAbility to analyze data, draw inferences, and make judgments
oAbility to influence peers, business partners, vendors - especially with C-level leadership.
oStrong internal and external service-orientation
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
