Regional Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) to be located anywhere between Boston and Virginia and will report to the Division Manager. This position will be responsible for driving volume for key customers within their geography thru the cultivation of core and new customers at Retail HQ, Division/Regional Managers and field operation levels.
Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
?nbsp;Achieve volume targets
?nbsp;Facilitate HQ programs
?nbsp;Prospect new accounts relentlessly
?nbsp;Customer Wiring at the Division/Regional level
?nbsp;Drive and manage store inventory at the Division/Region level key accounts
?nbsp;Integration with RUL territories and NWNA HQ teams
?nbsp;Performance Metrics
o Volume
o Increased account base
o Key Contact Management
Key qualifications for this position include:
?nbsp;3-5 years of proven sales experience
?nbsp;4 year College Degree (Preferred)
?nbsp;Willingness to Travel
?nbsp;Organizational Skills
?nbsp;Initiative / Follow Up
?nbsp;Proven Selling and Negotiation skills
?nbsp;Relationship Building at multiple levels / Persistence
?nbsp;Fact Based / Analytical Aptitude
?nbsp;Excellent communication / presentation skills (written, verbal, utilizing technology)
?nbsp;Proactive Team Player
?nbsp;Results Focused
