YOUR ROLE The Manager of Health and Wellbeing is responsible for implementation and administration of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits for active, terminated and retired employees in North America Helps manage relationships of vendors to ensure contracted service levels are achieved and programs are implemented accurately, effectively, and efficiently Partners with internal cross functional groups and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and most efficient administration of benefits; regularly monitors and suggests improvements relative to benefit programs Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements; supports the preparation and submission of all health and welfare related government reporting and compliance Supports and reviews employee communications Identifies and implements enhanced automation and technological solutions for administration and employee tools and services Reviews, develops and documents best practices for processes and procedures Manages the support provided to HR and internal stakeholders YOUR SKILLS Bachelors Degree required with 5-7
years of experience within Benefits field Clear ability to communicate transparently and across many HR functions (talent management, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and 40
HRBPS) Understanding of Health & Welfare plan management, employee benefits, related laws, and plan analytics This individual must possess judgement & decision making skills that factor in business needs, external and internal data resources as well as the financial health of the company Capability to bring innovation to processes and programs that lead to productivity improvements The salary range for this role is $100k to $150k. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
