MCF Global Business Management Lead / Chief of Staff

-collaborate with MCF (Mission Critical Facilities) Global Lead to develop and implement the Global MCF program-lead regional MCF Business Management Team -oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of leadership -review, design, and execute on improvements to organizational structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them-improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity-responsible for various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by the MCF regional / global teamJoin usAt UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits. The Mission Critical Facilities team is responsible for supplying the mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure and all ancillary systems which support our partners within the bank. This service provides management of secure, environmentally conditioned facilities to host UBS IT infrastructure equipment. The team functions through a central governing body that defines standards and controls to align the regional operational strategies.Diversity helps us grow, together. $200K -- $250K
