As the founding member of our US HR function, your efforts will directly impact the company's success and overall growth.
The Manager of People will support all aspects of HR, laying the groundwork as we seek to scale from our recent $50M Series B round to IPO and beyond.

Provide leadership in human resources by developing hiring, training, and performance management policies and procedures Maintain company HR systems, ensuring all are linked, maintained, and automated Ensure best practices are applied to on and offboarding processes Establish and enforce workplace policies and manage employee relations issues Manage employee benefits Evaluate employee performance, providing feedback, and rewarding or disciplining employees when necessary Ensure that the organization has an effective recruitment process for hiring new employees and promoting from within for future growth stages Review employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws Create and maintain internal training and development programs Work with senior management to develop organizational culture by creating job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and hiring new employees Who we are looking for:
Full stack HR experience in an early-stage growth company, as well as other career experience in one or more later stage companies High emotional intelligence and ability to work cross-functionally as well as vertically through the organization Culturally sensitive, global experience, and the ability to work cross-border with a diverse range of global team members Empathy, active listening, and the ability to solve problems for staff and stakeholders Demonstrated communication, and project management abilities High attention to detail and follow through Requires minimal direction; Looking to step up to higher level of responsibility Clear understanding of high technology and enterprise SaaS Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Experienced candidates returning to the workplace are welcome Must have valid passport and willing to travel as needed Must be able to work onsite in Stamford, CT a minimum of 3x per week Benefit Highlights:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
