The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service activities, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively with minimal supervision and have a strong knowledge of excel and Microsoft office.
Knowledge of basic computer work and light troubleshooting is a bonus.
A fast-paced workflow should not be intimidating.
Responsibilities include:
Answer the phone on time.
Be courteous to callers.
Generate a sense of urgency with callers who have a problem with a company.
Delegating our customer's needs pertaining to in-house and potential purchase orders Make customers happy, so they come back to the company.
Sharing a heavy inbox with co-workers Listen to customers and try to resolve their issues.
