Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1.
Manage Logic Workflow to Customer Billing, Represent Various Sales Reps 2.
Processing of Accounts Payable, Data Entry- Includes Purchase Order Matching, Coding & Processing of Accounts Payable Invoices 3.
Assists with Bank Reconciliation 4.
Assist with month-end close -including accrual preparation 5.
Scan checks and process credit card payments when required 6.
Recording of LandmarkPrint Cash Receipts 7.
Receptionist duties as required 8.
Various Account Analysis 9.
Assists with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics -Great Plains System) 10.
Special Projects (including administrative duties) Job Type:
