Staff RN - Oncology Unit
Job Description$15,000 sign on bonus!!! Stamford Hospital is looking for an experienced, clinically competent Oncology nurse to join our prestigious team! The RN will coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and following all established standards of practice within State and Federal guidelines.
Provide care to adult and geriatric patient population on the unit (Med/Surg patient population approximately 80% and Oncology patient population 20%).
Provide supervision of non-RN personnel and act as a resource for ancillary staff on assigned unit.
Act as preceptor to new staff and/or students as requested.
Adhere to all Stamford Hospital's policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program.
Provide safe and therapeutic care using the values inherent in our hospital culture.
Shift:
3 - 13 hour shifts per week.
The hours are 7:
00 pm - 8:
00 am.
Rotating weekend and holidays.
