We are looking for a confident individual with experience in recruitment for sales, operational, managerial and administrative positions.
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for the overall recruitment and growth of Gunner within the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut markets in the immediate future.
Gunner will be expanding into Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania by Q1 of 2024 and the Recruiting Coordinator will play an integral role in our expansion efforts.
Gunner provides a paid 2 week training as part of our onboarding process! Job Duties:
Write, revise, re-post job descriptions/advertisements Utilize Workable (ATS) Act as the 'line of defense' in recruitment process to ensure a great culture and positional fit Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs Exceed hiring expectations and timelines Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates Work efficiently as a team member and solo Attend company and team meetings Onboard employees to ensure they're ready for work day 1 employment Keep track of KPI's to present to leadership month over month Research and organize career fairs in designated state Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred Proven track record of success in recruitment A passion for making a difference! Outstanding communication, organizational and listening skills Dedicated and relentless work ethic Benefits Base and commission (Year 1 OTE $55,000 - 85,000) A 401K (with matching) retirement savings program Health Insurance (with company contribution) Path to promotions within Gunner organization Company phone and computer Fun and rewarding work environment Recommended Skills Active Listening Administration Advertising Communication Confident And Emotionally Stable Hardworking And Dedicated Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
