Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President (SVP), Laboratory Operations Strategy We are seeking an executive assistant to support the CFO and SVP and their respective teams.
This role will report to the Executive Administrative Manager and will work closely with the Executive Assistant teammates.
The individual must be highly motivated, detailed orientated, has a genuine interest in healthcare, and a passion for learning, engaging, and organizing.
This role's primary responsibilities include assisting the CFO and SVP Operations with all aspects of scheduling, executive team engagement, planning in support of the board of directors, and management of key external relationships.
With exposure to all major cross-functional company efforts, this individual has an opportunity to be mentored by executive leaders and will - with successful performance in this role - have the opportunity to move into other roles in the business, having earned the trust and confidence of their teammates to take on new responsibilities.
The Executive Assistant will split their time, between the Finance and Laboratory Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Support the CFO, and SVP of Operations Strategy and other leaders on day-to-day management of administrative initiatives, including meeting and calendar management, travel and other projects.
Handle day-to-day responsibilities and tasks that allow executives to focus on larger strategic organizational initiatives.
Create systems and processes to streamline operations and maximize resources.
Serve as communications intermediary for executive leaders to monitor information flow, which will include designing and coordinating Operations Newsletter, creating and maintaining distribution lists.
Establishing and managing a process for delivery of key reports/metrics at a regular cadence, this can include monthly and quarterly business reviews at minimum.
Perform meeting preparation to include gathering agenda items from the Executive team, ensure the appropriate materials are sent out in advance and objectives are achieved.
Create and distribute summary of discussions and action items resulting from each meeting to attendees, with appropriate follow-up.
The ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment to include external relationships.
Handle data, communication and projects that are highly confidential with discretion.
Travel throughout work locations:
Stamford HQ & NYC (Satellite office) - Hybrid, will need to be in the office as needed Gaithersburg, MD - Twice per year at minimum Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required, such as candidate interview and event coordination.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
