Assistant Nurse Manager - Infusion Center

Job DescriptionStamford Health is looking for an experienced Nurse to join their Infusion Center Team! The ANM will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Infusion Center Unit in collaboration with Nurse Manager, Medical Director, and Clinical Operations director.
This includes assuring all orders are safe and regulatory compliant and that patients are scheduled appropriately according to agreed upon timelines.
Acting as a Liaison with referring offices, social work, and referring physicians to ensure safe and efficient processes.
Responsible for unit oversight of patient care and unit initiatives.
This includes staff scheduling, patient scheduling, billing and charging, quality initiatives, projects and meetings.
Accountable for participating in departmental planning along side Nurse Manager (NM) to develop, establish, and achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Shift:
The is a full-time opportunity, 8:
30 am - 4:
30 pm.
Required Skills:
1) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing 2) Valid license as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut 3) BSN required (Or enrolled in program within 6 months of hire) 4) Maintain minimum of 6 contact hours annually 5) BCLS required, ACLS preferred- must be obtained and maintained after agreed upon time period 6) High level of competency with computers and software 7) Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills required 8) INS certification preferred (required to be obtained after 1 year of hire) 9) Participation in organizational shared governance structure, quality improvement measures, and patient experience interventions aligning with nursing strategic initiatives Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Billing Certified Nurse Practitioner Clinical Works Communication Governance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
