BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs a Manager of Business Planning on the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you'll support the operational and financial planning and analysis needs of the organization.
You will play a crucial role in organizational collaboration to understand current operational processes with impacts of new initiatives to develop an insightful and predictive forecast.
WHAT OUR MANAGERS OF BUSINESS PLANNING ENJOY MOST Coaching, counseling, reviewing performance, and monitoring continuous improvement plans for a team of Business Planning AnalystsManaging budget and forecast functions, developing models, reporting, and performing analysesManaging monthly processes in calculating operational expense and communicating actual performance to operational teamsActing as a liaison to the Business Planning team for department budgetingCreating ad hoc analysis to identify changes in trends and understand drivers to communicate to leadershipProviding oversight of complex data management including reviewing, analyzing, and providing solutions and visibility of this data to department leadershipAnalyzing and understanding interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigates that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of proof of concepts, new products, services, processes, and support technologiesOn a typical day you'll be managing the successful development and execution of data-driven financial reporting and data analysis in a dynamic office environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUMEducation:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
Experience:
Accounting, business planning, finance:
5 years or moreSkills:
Superior knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Abilities:
Handle multiple projects simultaneously; quickly identify business problems and opportunities; analyze and interpret data; present data and ideas effectively; make decisions and solve problems under pressure; work independently and collaboratively Preferred Qualifications Related work
Experience:
Management or leadership:
