DISCOVER your opportunityLeadership Activities Design the AXA XL Business Architecture function; especially support the definition and implementation of engagement models with AXA XL and AXA Group colleagues.
Support the definition and implementation ways of working, governance, monitoring.
Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise.
Work closely to the rest of Ops & Tech teams esp.
IT & data architecture, Global Middle Office and Operations as well as regional COO to influence direction of BAI to support global strategy Lead AXA XL s drive to improve its Business Architecture maturity consistent with, and inclusive of, BU & functions needs.
Establish Business Architecture as active contributor in projects and initiatives be a real-world problem solver! Ensure consistency between the AXA XL BA function and Group BA function and related central teams.
Business Architecture Activities Design the AXA XL Operating Models at capability level and align models to Business Units.
Act as an advisor for business and Ops & Tech stakeholders on Business Architecture, challenging and influencing their design relative to organization, process and technology and decisions to support AXA s global strategy.
Ensure the integrity of design across projects and initiatives by aligning Technology, Process and Organization / People.
Provide end-to-end view and advise of cross-functional / cross-regional impacts.
Strategy and Portfolio Activities Work with IT and other TCD functions to ensure that business and IT strategies are formalized and aligned with customer needs.
Ensure that these strategies are mapped to common shared capabilities.
Ensure that the project portfolio supports the Business Architecture long term roadmap.
Challenge projects to implement consistency, simplicity and standardization, where meaningful use design authority board for key design decisions.
Contribute to the creation of delivery plans that reflect the needs of the target architecture, business and delivery dependencies.
Practice Support Facilitate the definition and diffusion of Business Architecture best practice as defined by the Group BA Community.
Verify that this best practice is being applied by facilitating and calibrating entity self-assessments.
Align with Group Operations Business architecture team and ensure consistency in strategies and approaches.
Work together with the Design Authority Board for guidance on principles, capabilities as well as an arbiter for critical decisions.

Technical Skills Knowledge and experience of Business Architecture methodologies and practices to ensure these are applied in a pragmatic way.
