As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward greater focus on the use of data and data-driven insights, we are seeking a Division Lead for our Analytics Engineering team.
The role will lead a team of talented analytics engineers and data modelers to design and build performant analytics products and solutions that seek to yield a significant business benefit, build our competitive advantage and help differentiate in the market.

Manages a team of analytics engineering and data modeling resources, typically with a combination of strategic, tactical focusSolid experience in various data modeling techniques (relational, data warehouse, semi-structured, etc.
), application development, advance data querying skills.
Responsible for developing, communicating, managing, and implementing functional strategic plans and budgets and for the development of policies and procedures to achieve results.
Responsible for the organizational design and smooth running of the functionExpected to recommend innovation and improvement to policies, procedures, deploying resources and performing core activities.

The pay range for this position is $118,500 to $233,000.
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual s skills, experience and location.
We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues pay.
