Digital Engagement Partner US Middle MarketBoston/ NYC/Philly As a newly established business division of AXA XL Americas, our Middle Markets business focuses on the expansion of AXA XL s current offerings to Middle Market clients in the US Commercial P&C market.
As AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Digital Engagement Partner will be responsible for establishing new processes, tools, and setting a digital enabled vision and ensure effective coordination across businesses and functions to help evaluate, prioritize, and drive the change successfully throughout the organization.
You will be the key contact for all projects (technology and non-technology) for all of Middle Market with a view to challenge and prioritize and provide holistic views to the Middle Market around the changing landscapeDISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?Oversee and manage the development, delivery, and support of processes to support the US Middle Market team, with the overarching goal of establishing a differentiated digital experience.
Set the vision and drive the roadmaps for the experience journey of our three main stakeholders:
client, broker, and underwriter.
Coordinate internal resources and set change management strategy to ensure the flawless execution of projects, delivered timely, within scope, and on budget.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
Orchestrate interdependencies for projects that go beyond digital enablement, and assuming other responsibilities as determined.
You will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations, US Middle Market SHARE your talentWe re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Prior commercial insurance industry experience (3-7 years) preferred.
Robust business acumen and understanding of the industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage various stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with self-confidence, assertiveness, and decisiveness as well as great problem-solving skills and a growth mindsetAble to keep the big picture in mind balanced with a strong attention to details.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Minimum of a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual s skills, experience and location.
