Job Description
The primary goal of this
is to work closely with the sales channels, business units and IT development to deliver innovative and impactful CRM programs, sales tools and mobile applications in order to drive value and increase Sales Productivity in a globally consistent manner.
o Serve as the lead process and tool designer for Sales user needs which are thoughtfully understood, interpreted and transformed into clear design requirements, to drive AE sales efficiency and Sales productivity.
o Collaboration with Research,
Programs, Consulting, Client Partner Group and other BU's to ensure delivery of detailed Sales requirements against which the Strategic Technology Group can develop solutions that meet Sales requirements and AE expectations.
o Manage own portfolio of projects, timelines and milestones and collaborate with core project team throughout all phases
o Create and deliver clear and effective presentations to be used with business audiences across all levels of management within Gartner
o Orchestrate SAO, Major Accounts and SMB channel survey and feedback programs to ensure continual awareness of real time sales issues in order that any Sales Technology decisions made or initiatives launched are timely and applicable to all AEs and Managers.
o Assess current sales processes and tools and identify gaps and areas for improvement to streamline the selling experience and to support increased AE quota achievement.
o Build out existing 'Drive High Activity' programs to encourage more effective prospecting so all sales growth goals are recognized.
Job Requirements
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Minimum 5+ years of experience managing projects / programs focused on driving sales effectiveness/productivity/efficiency
o Experience working in a consulting organization a plus
o Knowledge and experience in CRM and sale technology applications
o Proficient in bridging the gap and communicating with clarity and purpose to technical sales resources in regards to strategic business requirements.
o Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with multiple Business Units, peers, management and coordinate across all Gartner lines of business.
o Ability to prioritize multiple sales productivity initiatives and work well independently and within a team environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
