Job Description
Gartner's Benefit and Rewards Manager will manage, communicate and implement cost-effective, quality health, welfare, mobility and rewards programs that are market competitive and align with our business and corporate objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day US benefit programs to include US Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible spending, life and disability, wellness initiatives, associate recognition, relocation programs.
Ensure US benefit programs are in full regulatory compliance, including ERISA, Healthcare Reform Act, etc.
Develop, implement and manage claim resolution tracking and accountability systems.
Ensure timely responses and resolution to benefit claim inquires.
Manage and improve the relocation program with regard to cost effectiveness, program criteria and administration; liaise with immigration team when necessary.
Analyze health and welfare claims data, utilization, administration and premium cost data to monitor the effectiveness of existing programs proposing changes when appropriate.
Quantify and analyze financial trends for the projection and explanation of future health and welfare costs.
Develop program design change proposals and financial justification to support health, welfare, and relocation strategies.
Coordinate with other administrative functions (i.e., Finance, Corporate HR) to develop and implement program design changes.
Lead participation and analysis in competitive market surveys and/or benchmarking efforts.
Implement and manage vendor billing and reconciliation process.
Analyze benefit and claim reports to provide senior management with understanding of benefit costs and trends as well as educate management and associates on policies and processes.
Participate in the development and lead the implementation of wellness program to drive healthy outcomes for associate population.
Participate in the development, implementation, communication and administration of the merit annual salary planning, long-term incentive/equity pay programs, and other reward and recognition programs.
Provide project support for ad hoc compensation initiatives.
Job Requirements
6
years Benefits, expatriate, compensation experience. Previous professional
services
experience highly preferred.
BA/BA Degree required, MBA preferred.
Proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Strong conflict resolution/coaching and counseling experience with leave of absence situations.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Strong
computer
skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Thorough understanding of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, worker's compensation and various state leave lawsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
