Relations, and Management. Skilled in working with staff at all levels to assess and resolve a wide range of issues. In this role you are responsible for all strategic, operational and HR administration of multiple business lines and multi-state locations. As a member of the Sr. Management Team, relating to various company decisions, direction, vision and employee development you will counsel and guide management through recruitment, employee relations, legal issues, performance and disciplinary action, for all business lines. Consultant to President/CEO of organization with regard to various HR related business and legal issues.

Requirements: Bachelor Degree and dedicated experience in Human Resources management. The role requires an individual with strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously. Outstanding leadership and project management skills. Ability to direct corporate programs to remote locations. Well developed training and coaching skills. Strong negotiation and mediation skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
