Core Skills:

Must Haves: 3-5 years Data Warehouse project experience
Strength in MS Project (MS Project Server) and building project plans with team input
Hands on budget and budget management experience
Full SDLC experience
Experience running application development projects
Come from and be comfortable with a fast paced environment Knowledge of the below would be helpful:
Languages: Familiarity with projects using object-oriented languages including Java, C++
Frameworks: Familiarity with projects using J2EE and .NET
Databases: Familiarity with projects using Oracle, SQL Server
Tools: Rational's Tool Suites (ClearQuest, RequisitePro, Rose, ClearCase), Mercury Quality Center
Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows XP, 2000, NT, HP UX, Solaris INSTEAD of seeking candidates who come from an enterprise environment similar to Starwood (i.e., Diageo, Client, IBM, Food and Beverage, etc.), please use this new approach:
Regardless of where the person has worked, they must have consistent experience with projects ranging from $1MM -$7MM (this MUST be clearly outlined in the resume!!!!) Please remember candidates MUST have SDLC/Application Development project experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
