Contracts Counsel - AVP
The candidate will assist the General Counsel, primarily in carrying out the company's Reinsurance Contract Review Process. Will also assist General Counsel in other areas as needed. Review and report to General Counsel, underwriters and Senior Management on all US based reinsurance contracts and to assist General Counsel in other areas as needed, such as drafting reinsurance treaties, service level agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, and commutation agreements. Major duties and responsibilities also include advising the Claims department on coverage matters and disputes.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
