Responsibilities : Ensuring all contractual terms matched the trading system (system updating) (T+0). Preparation of sale contracts and dealing with countering of contracts to conclusion (T+1). Reviewing purchase contracts and negotiating the contract terms with suppliers (T+1 or T+2). Chasing counterparties if purchase contract not received. Advising other commercial teams on contractual and paralegal matters. Tracking and logging of contracts and all related correspondence and emails (Computer filing and trading system updating). Reporting contract status on a daily basis. Document retention (filing- audit trail). Improving processes and procedures.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
