Description:
We need individuals with a strong Sales & Catering background. Seeking to fill a contract position for an ISAC Sales Systems Trainer to conduct end user training and develop/maintain training materials for the ISAC system. This training on processes and technology will be delivered in person via Instructor Led Training, and live webinars. This position ensures that ISAC users know how to use the system in context of our company's Sales and Event Execution processes, and is critical to the adoption of the ISAC system globally. Extensive travel required
Essential Functions:
Conduct training sessions comprised of business process and the ISAC application. Sessions to be delivered via Instructor Led training sessions and webinars for end users of the ISAC system in all roles, with an emphasis on sales, revenue management, and event execution staff.
Develop/maintain written training materials and/or on-line training modules.
Be an advocate for ISAC and a champion for change.
Conduct pre and post training follow-ups with hotels. Provide one-on-one training and direct support to our global/divisional sales offices and all hotels as it relates to our Siebel GSEM platform (ISAC) and all interfaced products including MeetingBroker, Galaxy, Opera, StarCite, proposal, Lanyon, etc.
Solicitation of end user feedback from all divisions. Using feedback obtained and observations gathered, recommend enhancements to products and interfaces.
Knowledge/Qualifications/Skills/
Experience:
College Degree
Experience working in a full-service hotel or resort in Sales & Catering
Minimum of 1 year related training experience
Application/Technical skills: Experience with CRM applications and/or Hotel Sales & Catering Systems including training, supporting and/or using the applications; Current experience as an ISAC user (or Siebel Certification) preferred
Experience developing/maintaining training materials preferred (proficiency with Captivate or similar tool is a plus)
PC & Microsoft Office proficient. Ability to do basic troubleshooting for general windows, internet connectivity, and internet explorer issues.
Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills with experience training adult learners on technology and process including time management and user assessment.
Must be flexible and adaptable and able to meet the needs of all learning styles.
Excellent presentation and communication skills including verbal (listening and speaking), non-verbal, and written.
Multi-lingual fluency (written and spoken) highly desired, particularly in the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
