Integration and Divestiture Planning & Execution: Provide advisory services on the broad enterprise-wide integration efforts including change management, organization design and workforce transition. Our approach to integration/divestiture planning and execution focuses on identifying and mitigating potential risks and developing an end-state vision and strategy in order to maximize value realization opportunities. Our Human Capital, Organization Transformation & Talent M&A Practice includes:
Strategic Change: Assist in the implementation of strategy, business initiatives, and organizational and cultural changes for leadership alignment, change leadership, stakeholder and employee engagement, large-scale program design, organization performance, and communications.
Culture Assessment: Assist in the culture assessment of both companies and work to transition both to one future state.
Organization Strategies: Drive development of new or changed organizational structures to enable future-state strategy; collaborate with senior executives to design combined or separated operating model and organization, and facilitate workforce transition processes in order to improve operations and performance and optimize roles and responsibilities in the combined or separated organization. Senior Consultants will support large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement M&A services for large companies or can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements.
Senior Consultant level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
Senior Consultants ensure the quality of deliverables and effectively manage junior team members and day-to-day client relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
Senior Consultants contribute to the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree
A minimum of 4 years of Organization Transformation & Talent experience
A minimum of 2 years consulting and/or industry experience
Willingness to travel 80 - 100%25%20of the time (Monday - Thursday/Friday)
In addition, successful Senior Consultants will have the following preferred background:
A minimum of 2 years of experience with Human Capital Mergers and Acquisitions, restructuring or enterprise cost reduction
Demonstrated experience in Finance Statement and Operations analytics
MBA or other related advanced degree
In addition, successful Senior Consultants will also have the following preferred skills:
o Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
