Recruiting Coordinator Needed!

Job Description Our client, a company based in Stamford, CT is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for a 1 year contract assignment.
The Recruiting Coordinator will split their time equally between supporting our Corporate recruiters and managing the payables for the Talent Acquisition team.
Half of this person's time will be spent assisting in managing hiring/candidate process throughout the hiring cycle.
This will include assisting in management of internal process, background and reference checks, and continued contact with candidates and internal partners scheduling interviews.
The other half of the successful candidate's time will be spent managing the departmental payables process; processing and paying invoices, tracking them through the system, and keeping a master log for accruals and payables.
A basic understanding of recruiting, interviewing, background check review; invoicing and payables are required.
The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking and handling several projects at once.
Responsibilities:
Supports a team of 1-2 recruiters Follows up on background checks and drug tests Update candidate activity daily in the Applicant Tracking reports and distributeProvide support to recruiters by scheduling and coordinating interviewsResponsible for updating candidates on their status regarding all parts of the staffing lifecycle:
paperwork, interviews, next steps, etc.
Manage Talent Acquisition payables process:
pay invoices, track progress, keep master log Must be able to follow given processes and work in a fast paced environmentDaily coordination with Recruiting team regarding job postings, client needs, and candidate standings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR preferred1-2 years administrative experience, preferably as a recruiting coordinator or in an HR department Strong customer service skillsExcellent organization skills with the ability to multi taskExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
