Staffing Manager
We're seeking a Recruiting Associate to join our Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support McIntyre's Recruiting and Consulting group across multiple clients while gaining marketable skills in recruiting, networking, and business planning. Our ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership skills, a track record of being a self-starter through outside activities, and most likely worked their way through school. In addition to having earned a degree along with excellent writing and verbal communication skills, the successful candidate is looking to pursue a position in the fast-paced world of Recruiting; strong facilitation and coordination skills are required.
Responsibilities
Work with Recruiting and Sales teams on business review and qualification
Perform internet sourcing and direct recruiting in order to build a pipeline of candidates.
Update and maintain a robust applicant tracking system
Conduct in-person interviews and produce complete candidate evaluations
Participate in daily and weekly team meeting as part of on-going training and business status updates
Keep up on the current trends by performing proactive research including:
Attending local Career Fairs
Networking Events
Associated Conferences
Conduct candidate phone screens while scheduling interviews for Recruiters
Communicate frequently with recruitment and sales team on recruitment and scheduling updates
Requirements
Experience in Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service preferred
Self-starter with the ability to problem solve and self-educate
Must be able to take direction and re-prioritize frequently
Possess a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence others
Professional phone manner with the desire to set and hit goals
Microsoft Excel and Word, and strong database management skills
Bachelor's Degree is preferred; applicable experience will be consideredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
