Job Description:
Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities include:
Developing recruiting specifications with hiring manager and agree recruiting strategy.
Team closely with hiring manager to understand team dynamic and culture for purposes of recruiting within that context.
Source candidates to fill open positions fitting identified profiles as well as fill a pipeline for future needs.
Utilize all channels to its fullest extent as a means to source active and passive candidates matching the established profiles.
Actively pursue all channels (Internet, networking, print media, etc) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each particular role.
Develop and manage a network of recruitment and referral sources including colleges, professional associations, vendors/agencies to assist in identifying job candidates.
Counsel and educate managers in interview process/skills to ensure compliance and minimize risk factors.
Manage data integrity within Applicant Tracking System, ensuring timely entry within database.
Full life cycle recruitment (including sourcing) for Sales roles. Sales specific recruitment experience would be helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
