Daily
Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
o Primary scheduling contact for candidates, vendors and internal customers
o Coordinate with interview line up for on-site and phone/skype interviews
o Room booking for in-house interviews
o Interview confirmation
o Communicate Hiring Manager feedback to candidate/vendor
o Proactively and positively responds to candidate inquiries, concerns and needs
o Manage application and data form collection
Entering Jobs/Posting Roles:
o Enter new requisitions into PeopleSoft ATS
o Posting job descriptions to PeopleSoft ATS (internal/external)
o Manage candidate lifecycle in PeopleSoft ATS
Resume Allocation:
o Pull resumes from ATS and upload to appropriate recruiters' mailbox
Vendor Management:
o New Vendor Set Up / Contract Verification / VCP Verification
o Invoice processing
FTE New Hires:
o Start Folders
o Create Offer Letters
o Create new hire documents and ensure timely receipt of documents
o FedEx New Hire Packages
Weekly/Monthly:
o Hiring Activity Reports
o Weekly Audit reports
o EEO Report management
o Facilitate PERM Application process (as needed)
Miscellaneous:
o Serve as back up for Background Check process
o Assist with the coordination of other recruiting and on-boarding activities as needed
o Manage confidential files and other privileged information
o Send/Receive mailEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
