At HARMAN, we invest in the future talent of our organization by developing early career professionals. Over the two-year program, you will rotate through various roles within the HARMAN Group. The program consists of 3 rotations and you will participate in a mentoring program, gain access and exposure to HARMAN University professional courses, in-person group learning, virtual and self-paced programs while developing a strong peer and global network. You can also expect opportunities to build connections globally by participating in a multi-day Global Seminar where you will have exposure to senior leaders who represent diverse areas of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support organization-wide HR initiatives that create a positive impact on business results.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams across global divisions to transform and connect enterprise wide HR strategy to business outcomes.
  • Participate in a program curriculum that will fast-track the development of critical leadership skills, enhance HR and business acumen, and provide opportunities to impact the future of the organization.

Global Talent Management Leadership Programs

The Global Talent Management team designs, implements, and manages leadership development programs that provide high-potential talent with enriched skill-building opportunities needed to support business growth. Programs include employees at all levels across the organization, from early career to senior leaders, and focus on providing robust opportunities that include mentoring, innovation, strategy development, and networking. The rotation assignment will consist of leading and managing a variety of program initiatives, such as planning & implementing program learning components, events, and communication plans, while liasing with internal stakeholders to ensure execution excellence.

HRBP

The Human Resources business partner will be responsible for providing support to business leaders and employees within a function or division on an on-going basis. This rotation will consist of providing a broad range of support within the function or divisions to business objectives with an emphasis on reporting, analytics, organization development, performance management, hiring, and employee development and retention.

Global Rewards

The Global Rewards team is responsible for ensuring a division or country s rewards program attracts, retains, motivates and rewards employees while maintaining internal equity, external competitiveness and governmental compliance. The rotation assignment will provide analysis and oversight on various rewards programs, policies and processes to support alignment and consistency of the overall global business strategy.

What You Need

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology or concentration in Human Resources
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%) and commitment to the rotations over the length of the program
  • Strong work ethic and principles
  • Team player with positive attitude to succeed

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
