Details: Beautiful "dormered" Cape on quiet street in walking distance to Cove Park/Beach. Supermarket and major highway nearby. Very spacious upstairs bedroom with 2 dressers, a closet and extra storage in hallway just outside the bedroom. Desk for computer set-up. Your bedroom is half of the upstairs of the house! It stretches from the front of the house to the back! Full private bath right outside bedroom. Full use of Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room with Screen TV. Amazon Prime TV/Movies. Washer/Dryer on premises. Bicycle storage. Awesome front porch to relax outside. There are two older cats in the house, must like cats and not be allergic. Non-Smoker/Non-Drug User. NO SMOKING OF ANY SORT - NO VAPING - NO BURNING CANDLES OR INCENSE - NO PLUG-INS - NO RESIDUAL ODORS. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER OF ANY SORT, THIS IS NOT THE RENTAL FOR YOU. The environment in this home is extremely quiet and must remain that way. No loud music or TV volume at any time. No guests permitted at any time. $1000 deposit to hold rental. Must cancel 15 days prior to move-in date for refundable deposit. Additional $600 for security deposit ($1600 in total) $1600 rent upfront (1-week prior) to move-in date and $1600 upfront on the 1st of each month to follow. I would also require the use of "grass or corn litter" only (there are 3 brands), because it is healthy for the home environment (no toxins) and there is no dust! I use grass litter for my cats.
